TFP-communiqué over de verkiezing van Leo XIV
In het licht van de verkiezing van paus Leo XIV sluit The American Society for the Defense of Tradition, Family and Property zich aan bij haar zusterorganisaties wereldwijd en publiceert zij de volgende transcriptie van de felicitatieboodschap die aan paus Leo XIV is gezonden:
Met grote verwachting en vreugde betuigen wij onze felicitaties en bieden wij onze gebeden aan voor Uwe Heiligheid bij uw verheffing tot de zetel van Sint-Petrus als Leo XIV. Wij hopen dat het pontificaat van Uwe Heiligheid zal dienen als een punt van ware eenheid in Christus. Moge de missionaire ijver van Uwe Heiligheid allen bereiken die zich bekeren tot het geloof, en in het bijzonder de jongeren die op zoek zijn naar wat Sint-Augustinus die schoonheid noemde, “eeuwig oud, eeuwig nieuw”. Wij smeken Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Goed Raad van Genazzano, patrones van de Augustijner provincie die u hebt geleid, dat zij u zegent en beschermt.
